I like them. Did my CFII amd MEI there about 2-3 years ago and kept in touch since. Easy going, relaxed and friendly. Standards were good. Some of the equipment a bit tatty but that is par for the course.

Yes I was at a school not far from there last July and flew in and out of Merrit Island a lot and it was one of the best places around a really friendly lot and its a great approach in to the airport over the sea.
If your thinking about going just do it.
I went there a few years ago and would recomend them.

I was there in the spring of 1999 and 2000 and can't speak highly enough of them. Very friendly people, and great location. The owner, Bob, is a very nice guy. Try and go there when Bike Week is on at Daytona Beach, and go visit. That is one night I'll never forget!!!
