Ryanair interview and sim check

Has anyone got any information about what to expect in the interview with Ryanair, and also the sim check.. .. .I would be most grateful to anyone who could give some advice.. .. .Thanks

Where as Ryan air used to just shake the trees and take what came out for their pilots. They now charge you £50 to shake your tree. Only going on what i've been told mind you.
