The New Scottish Centre (NSC) is now to be called the -----------------wait for it-- ----- "New Prestwick Centre"

This stunning and awesome announcment from "management" will no doubt bring great joy to staff at Scottish Centre, who thought that all they were going to see was the new car park for all the admin and Person..... sorry "Human Rescources" staff. (presumably they will be needed in great numbers to study the expensive Mori poll result)

This is obviously a cunning plan to conveniently fool staff into forgetting about NSC which is years overdue, and to concentrate on the "New Prestwick Centre"

Staff at "Scottish" can now take great comfort , as they take on all the new airspace from Swanwick, knowing that another New Centre is just around the corner.........................

Maybe we'll all end up at a single 'super centre' at Wick!

TUTH & V/L -

It's not the "wick" but the "ick" that's the governing factor. You can then add a brand new centre just a few miles from Limmerick to your list! Just as likely an option as the rest. (Scottish/Manch TMA apart that is - we all know where that'll eventually end up).

:D

Seeing how much influence Tony Blair has in Europe these days, I'd hazard a guess that EuroControl will ensure that everything will end up at "Maastrick". At least there will be state-of-the-art (not state-of-the-ark) equipment to use and Mr Cheese-Ham can receive his bonus in Euros.
