At the risk of opening up World War 3 (somebody else is already doing it!)...
Can I ask anyone with any interest/experience in Preferential Bidding Rostering Systems if they have any REASONED AND PRAGMATIC views on the various systems and any potential pitfalls etc?
(Our outfits' pathetic 10 day roster MAY change soon...to PBS)
I did see the threads on Adopt & Carmen a few months ago, but any ideas/comments specifically for people about to embark on the 'adventure(?)' would be most welcome while there is time to (hopefully) avoid some of the pitfalls others came across.
