to convert Irish lic to JAA ?

Does someone know how to convert a Irish cpl multi ir to a JAA one. It should be possible with 500 hours on a multi crew aircraft but without the hours is that possible to retake some exams to convert ? Thanks ;)

Once the Irish CAA receive their JAA approval you will be able to swop one for the other in accordance with Appendix 1 to JAR-FCL 1.015.
