Does anybody know or they are still flying.
I did ferry a Shorts down for them a couple of years ago.

Yes Associated is still flying. The 360 is still in operation, they got a russian cargo plane this summer and the HS 125 is still around. There is talk about them getting 3 emb120's from a KLM subsidiary, but I don't know how far they have gone in the acquisition process.

I did hear that they crashed one of there 360's and i was wondering what happened with the other A/C

You're very correct, they did crash the first one, but the second is still flying, doing mostly lagos- benin 2ce or 3ce/day. And to update you, I understand Aliko Dangote, a sugar merchant, just got a HS 125 which he handed over to them to operate on his behalf. I guess things are looking up for them.
