If you cant pass Met, get in-touch with John Standan. I had a weekend with him and passed. His method of teaching is unique and he has so many ways of remembering/recalling info its untrue.
Hes in Bounemouth somewere. I am sure someone will have a contact address.
If you read this, John I owe you a beer and a thousand fags.
Cheers

I can also very very highly recommend the Oxford Met brush up day with Steve Francis, truly inspirational!!!!
He got me through the quagmire of Met and a friend of mine who was also really struggling (distance learning) got 97% in the last sitting!
The best £100 you will spend as a ATPL stude!

Also if your getting bugged about Christmas presents and you can get 50 quid together, the new Aviation Meterology CBT from Oxford Aviation Training is well worth the dosh. Cover PPL, CPL and meets JAA ATPL Theoretical knowledge objectives.
Ive got thru stuff with this PC based training that I couldnt get my head round staring into the books.
Again, it aint cheap, but the way it is laid out and presented is methodical, enjoyable and really makes things a whole lot more obvious. Loads on the CD, link below for more info.

Before anyone flames me for bigging up OATs I've got nothing to do with them, however, the CBT metioned by speedbird252 was written by Steve Francis in conjunction with the Met Office, and as said well worth your hard earned.
