You will have a degree with (hopefully) a good calssification. Start applying for things other than aviation in your last autumn term, and I am sure that the skills you have from this will get you by fine. Everyone else is struggling to get into aviation, but with a degree you have less to be worried about, despite it being a 'narrower' subject than others.. .. .Perhaps case in point about narrowing down your options to aviation only, but really if you just apply to graduate jobs, you will be fine. Just put aviation on hold for a while if needs be.

Im in a similar boat - graduating with a fancy pantsy air transport engineering degree this year and with nowhere to go and use it. I could go and work in another industry, but i would much rather stay in aviation. Most folk on my course are getting more depressed as graduation time looms with little sign of jobs at the end of it all. It seems that every other industry has graduate schemes to take on degree holders except for this one (engineering side excluded - though the job intake on that front is pretty low too at the moment).. .. .No point moping around and complaining about it though, theres a few more months to go and who knows, things may pick up.
