Padlocks,..now magic!

It's not just padlocks.....now it's magic!!!!. .. . Complete threads are being disappearing. Not just edited, moved or warnings, but complete deletions.. .. .I refer to one from here and one from Flight instructors. Both 'may' have been about the same subject, however is it right that our comments and opinions on a subject are totally removed. One of the threads in question was from a PPL student who had had a crash and was blaming the World. A number of very interesting and helpful factors came out of the ensuing debate, which could be of use to others.. .. .It was not about OBA, nor did the FTO come out too badly in the balanced debate. I can’t see any way whereby the owners of this worthy site could be legally at risk. . .. .Have we joined the nanny State?

Clear Prop. .I too was wondering where the threads were going.. .. .Edited by Scroggs at the request of the named individual . .. .I see that Capt PPRuNE & co have spent the weekend slaving over a hot file-server. There are now lots of lovely new gizmos to play with. (I love the Preview Post especially - now where is the spell checker?) Thanks very much, to all at PPRune Towers, for all the work that you do for free. Anyone who starts a thread has the ability to delete that thread should they so wish. Deleting the first post deletes the whole thread.. .. .So, those of you full of conspiracy theories go back to the lab and come up with something new. If the student who blames the world wants to set up another website to air his views then that is fine by me. The Guvnor is rapidly running out of forums to express his distorted views and halucinations of grandeur so I suspect that the new CAA (sic) site may have an immediate bandwidth problem. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="tongue.gif" /> . .. .Now, what has this got to do with the price of eggs in China?. . <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="rolleyes.gif" />
