Hi scran.
Re trivia d. I seem to recall somebody else doing Wedding Bell Blues, if indeed that's the song you're looking for. The Carpenters? My version is by Laura Nyro on one of them K-Tel compilation album things.

Trivia tidbit of the week. (Courtesy of the CBC)
On this week in 1954, Elvis made his first public appearance on the program Louisiana Hayride, on radio station KWKH in Shreveport La. Sun Records had signed him to a one year contract to do the program for the publicity it offered. At the end of the contract it was not renewed and on the first show where Elvis did not appear, a member of the audience asked where he was. The MC of the program stepped up to the mike and uttered the immortal words, "Elvis has left the building."

I liked the Axiom lyrics. Just happened to be listening to a Glenn Shorrock compilation cd on the weekend. I'd forgotten how good 'my baby's gone' was.

Kenny -

Well, I've not been idle.......:D

Lyrics and Trivia questions up to and including Quiz 50 done.

One quiz will not feature a Song/Album of the week (due some travel requirements of mine), so all I need now is 2 more of those (and I'm half way through developing one) and everything is done.

Quiz 50 will be published Mon 16 Dec, and (now don't you all get too upset... ) will be the last......

I figure after a year, a break, for a while at least, will do me good.......:D :p

See you all Monday for Quiz 43.............:D :D
