Seen adverts recently for these two outfits....Are these recruiting for temp contracts or full time ??

As with most UK charter outfits, they will probably be for temp contractcs.

Whiskey Zulu is correct.
These companys are almost certainly recruiting for 'temporary' staff only. In my opinion, you would have to be very lucky to get a permanent contract unless you opt for one of the larger bases such as MAN or LGW, but that is just my opinion!

Also... suggest u keep a careful eye on industry merger and takeover plans, in case they may affect a potential employer.
