I found this when surfing.

I haven`t seen it here yet.
Good job going through the hearing test after those performances.

:)

Only if you are capable of drinking for at least 12 hours, pretending a lift is an aircraft, racing paper aeroplanes across the carpark at 2am, and buying me a drink ;)

If bruce sang songs like
Flight of Icarus (http://www.geocities.com/ironmaidenlyrics/mind_lyrics/flight_of_icarus.html) , it was just a matter of tome before he became a pilot ;)

Old Brucey boy is a pilot now???

Is there nothing he can't do well? Major rock star with possibly one of the best rock bands of all time, at his best at Fencing he ranked in the top ten, has written damn funny novels and now he's a pro pilot.

So does Bruce hang around Pprune Halls at all? If so, (time for sneaky question!) when ya playing Birmingham again???

"Old Brucie boy" has been a pilot for some years now... Has his own Cessna twin (nicknamed the BruceGoose!) which he flew to the European destinations on the Metal 2000 tour. Check out www.ironmaiden.com (http://www.ironmaiden.com) for details (under the "Tours" section).

And you really should come to a Gatbash as this wannabe was slightly starry eyed  as I'm sure Flaps, Aerbabe and a few others remember (BM you out there?!)

UP THE IRONS!!!
:D:D

A&A, I hope to see your name added to the GatBash list post haste! :)

Wow........... I had no idea. Don't worry AngleandAttack you are not the only one!

But then I ain't been to a Gatbash either (When is the next one?)

Anyway I am surprised coz Brucie's hearing was supposed to be decidedly dodgy, I once read he was going completely deaf. Glad to see that is not the case though.

Flaps, did you say that BD is a MODERATOR on PPRuNe!!!!   ..............really????!!!!????

A man of many talents indeed!!!

Can anyone confirm this.....is Bruce Dickinson a moderator here?

If so I had no idea!

He is indeed a moderator without portfolio, so to speak!

I am sorry if this post created some unwanted attention to Bruce.
I just found it very cool , that`s all.

I like the music, and flying around in uniforms and doing our normal business in cockpit with a new guy every day doesn`t encourage too many discussions of likes and dislikes.

May be I`ll meet him sometimes. Then I will ask him what to do with the terrible noise in the -700 cockpit ,in which we both work.

I can`t believe that Boeing produces this kind of working enviroment in 2002.

New Generation, yeah right!
