Call your flying club - they will give you the frequency

It's in the UK AIP (which of course is now invisible!!).

I've got an old chart in my desk at work (not for navigation purposes) which gives the MATZ (!!) / LARS / VDF / ATC frequency as 126.35 - it may have changed since.

Also in Pooleys and AFE guides + I've got it in my Aerad at home. (sorry about all the commercial names, BRL!! ;) )

Circuit Basher,

Although the AIP seems to have been hidden as part of the Great NATS Briefing Coverup the direct link to the aerodromes page (http://www.ais.org.uk/Uk_aip/AIP/html/aipad2.htm) still seems to work, so perhaps I'll spend the afternoon downloading everything in sight before they take it away.
