Can anyone tell me how to decode the US winds aloft report that is published in this style:
FT 3000 6000 9000 12000 18000
BDL 3620 0116+07 3312+00 3210-03 3232-15
My guess is that this means:
3000' 360@<hidden>
6000' 010@<hidden> +7deg
9000' 330@<hidden> +0deg
etc
Is this correct?
Thanks
