get employee in ryanair

Hello , I would like you to ask , what do you think about my situation ?
My problem is that i had 4 remakes in my atpl exams . I know that they ask about this but am I over right now ? My friend had 2 remakes , and got job in ryanair without any problem . If i would have one more or two correct anserw i would pass in first attempt . Is it important ? Thanks for answers .

I would agree with TangoAlphad, Ryanair wouldn't be my first choice of airline to apply to. I certainly wouldn't worry too much about ATPL results, although 4 is about as many retakes as I would be comfortable with.
I do know of a handful of people with more than 4 fails who still got jobs. It will depend also on your ground school average and flying ability (CPL ME/IR).
