Can somebody update me on the latest EASA regulations please,

1/ During JAA days, the student has to sit for all the 14 papers in one of the JAA countries ( including UK those days ) and IR has to be done in the EU airspace. Also there was a regulation, where the IR has to be done in the same country where he/she done the exams.

2/ Then JAA Exams were offered outside JAA states , USA and then in Australia and allowed to sit for the exams in those countries but still IR had to be done in Eu airspace.

Can somebody tell me the latest regulations on EASA exams please,

Can the EASA exams taken up away from JAA countries, Ie, India or and Far East countries? and the training be conducted in EU country and EASA license will be issued?

Has that authority given be given to other school away from EASA states to conduct the ground school and Exams away from EASA ?

Some schools can do training outside, and the UK exams can be taken in Florida and Malaysia, but you would have to check with your local authority for any others.
