QR tried something similar about four years ago, it lasted about 18 months before QR dumped its holdings in Cargolux!

For now it seems as if it's purely commercial partnership in terms of interlining, ground handling, and block space agreements.

I know EK recently terminated their vendor contract with ASL airlines and CV is their answer for noseload uplift.

We shall wait and see if anything becomes of this to something further!
