Can you recommend me some " adequate " aeromedical doctors ? Preferably in Dubai.

If you go to GMC just be prepared that your appointment at 1030 could be finally done at 1500. They think you have all day and it's not cheap either

Funny you mention that, I ended up walking out of there after an hour of waiting, very expensive and they can't even be bothered to see you on time...

Ended up doing mine on a layover, a good 30% cheaper and the Dr was 5 mins early..

I never had an issue with Dr Joyce doing EASA.
Just save money and bring a copy of your ecg (valid if done within 15 days I think).
Always walked away after approx 1hr30 in the 5+ years I've been with him. Can recommend him.
Is Dr N*m* still in Dubai? Thought he went back to the UK after EK.
