This is a little embarrassing to share... but what the heck , we are all human and maybe this will help someone else. In 2012 I was prescribed steroid medication - spray inhaler initially and then presidone tablets - for my asthma. That year my asthma was the worst it had ever been. I had never taken steroid mediation prior to this. Anyway not long afterwards I had a significant psychotic episode. I had no idea that asthma steroid medication could do this. I was also having some life stress. Anyway, for all those flyers who may also be unaware that asthma medication can do this, this post is an FYI.
