What helicopter operations in Africa may be looking for pilots? I'm a 4000+ hour Commercial/Instrument helicopter pilot, mostly offshore experiance. Thanks.

Talk to Jeremy at Court Helicopters / CHC Africa in Capetown. They run 61s for offshore ship support as well as some 76s over on the Namibian coast.

CHC are operating S76s for offshore from Angola. Don't know if they have a full complement of pilots as yet, but it's 5weeks/5weeks. Try Bob Denning, [email protected].

Bristow are looking for EC155, S76 and Bell 412 pilots for Nigeria. They currently operate 7weeks/5weeks, but it's rumoured there may be some changes as Aero Contractors are changing to a 6/6 contract from August. If you go to the Flight Magazine website job pages they are currently advertising through a Box number there.

Aero Contractors Nigeria (which is pretty much Schreiner Airways) is looking for S76B/C and Dauphin pilots and is about to change to a 6weeks/6weeks roster. You should be able to find out more again from Flight Magazine or you could try [email protected]

If you can't find anything in Africa, try Abu Dhabi as they are recruiting. You need to have Bell 212/412 time - no matter how far in the past! They have a web site at www.adaviation.com with details about the company and an application form

Do you have the address for flight magazines job listings? I can't seem to find it.
Thanks!
