Today one of my old time Hollywood favorites Bill Paxton passed away and the first two movies I saw with him in was Weird Science and NAVY SEALS.

NAVY SEALS was predominantly filmed in Spain and aboard the Principe De Astrias carrier as the post rescue brief, there is the EAV-8B stickers and all the naval squadrons on the bulkhead as the Mossad guys are listening to the navy higher brass debriefing Charlie Sheen et al. Bill Paxton's character responded to question "did you encounter any hostiles?" and his response was "I vaproized hostiles ".

You cannot mistake the Spanish Navy SH-3D throughout the action sequences in spite of the big NAVY and stars and bars decals added to them. Plus the scene where the team is baording the C-130H for parachuting into the med is filmed at one of the Spanish AF bases with their F/A-18A Hornets parked in background.
