I personally have bought property in Florida. I did not use a Dubai based entity, nor would I. You need boots on the ground there, but most definitely one of the best things I have done. I have nothing to sell but can pass on good info and contacts via PM if you wish. There are good and less good deals there like everywhere.

I'm surprised the dodgy timeshare skanks from Spain haven't moved into the Dubai market yet.
