Hi. Can anyone advise on the best way possible to convert or obtain the FAA CHPL on the basis of an Indian CHPL given by DGCA ? I have more than 3000 hrs on rotors.
Best regards.

You cannot convert to an FAA license. You have to meet the requirements, do a written test, aural test and flight test just like an initial applicant. You previous hours will count apart from the recency hours.

Cloud 9 helicopters at west palm beach did my Australian ATP to FAA, and are super familiar with foreign applicants.

They also have very reasonable rates and won't rip you off.
