VoIP: KSA ? (paid services accepted)

Hi,

is there any reasonably reliable way of having a VoIP (skype et al) conversation with someone in KSA?

We'd tried with very little success Viber, WhatsApp, Skype. Especially the last one is a bummer, since out of KSA we had been recently unable to use the paid for call-to-landline feature too (since about Hajj).

What about the Apple ecosystem, would FaceTime work KSA <-> EU?

Try Vonage, it works well in KSA and to call KSA is 8 cents landline and 11 mobile. KSA to USA free.
