Hello,

I'm trying to find out what transition levels they use in Namibia, all I found out is that it depends on the QNH, is there a table that describes at what QNH what TL is used?

Greetings

I'm not sure why this matters. A lot of countries in that part of the world use this system. It seems more prevalent at high altitude airports. You'll have to look at the charts and listen to the terminal info. We should all use 18000', fl180 btw. Just sayin'....

I think it is changing to 10,000 ft for the whole country

Transition level: by ATC. In this case there is no transition level. Pilot will set altimeter QNH when cleared to descend to an altitude by the ATC.
