If I was an FO in EK I would be there like a shot.. VS B747 is a dream job unlike this sinking ship. Never seen such lack of respect and bullying from the management towards its trained professionals. They seriously dont have a clue...

Their holding pool has a few EK guys sitting in it and as of this announcement they are offering courses starting early next year.
The beach fleet in VS is very good but then so is the 787.
Certainly food for thought.

Maybe some guys do not have an ICAO level 6 English Proficiency nor an unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.?! So they apply to EK
