When are the busy times arriving into DXB

I asked before about 12 months, but just wanted an update.

Can any DXB ATC or Emirates guys advise me when in UTC times, am I likely to expect arrival delays meaning taking up the hold and on average, how much of a delay expected. What UTC times are the busiest.

We work on; (arrival delays)
05 min 0145-0315z
15 min 1730-1900z
20 min 1900-2100z
25 min 2100-2200z
15 min 2200-2230z

15 min 1045-1415z arrival delay if single runway. (1100-1400z) Typically worst case is between 1330-1400z. Rest in minimal delay.
