Funny, that all these frequency cancellations and down-gauges are not being trumpeted in the SAFAR, or indeed communicated to crew at least for bidding purposes.

Good start, more to come soon.
Wheels falling of this crapy BS Airline.
Congrats!

I'm sure you'll find, if you ask around the Bouncy Castle, that they are "adjustments" not "reductions".

Crappy airline? On behalf of the residents of said Bouncy Castle I'm offended. I'll have you know that this is "Airline of the Year" and winner of some of the finest awards money can buy.

On a more serious note, any pilots looking to join now need to take a good hard look at how long they will be in the right seats because I suspect this marks the end of the four year upgrades.

This happened to Rome last year too.

Ah yes, thanks for the clarification! It's not "downsizing" it's actually "right-sizing".

A Reminder from a friend of mine whose been a pilot for 40 years, and seen plenty of ups and downs in the industry has one singular comment about the A380:

"The Four-Engine Furlough-Maker"

There may be some operational changes, but at least TCHD still releases FCIs without reading them in a well honoured EK tradition. Latest one still has TCAS signing as post holder.
