View Full Version : Looking to purchase compressor wash rinse fire extinguisher

Hello all looking to purchase the fire extinguisher type bottle to do chemical/soap compressor washes as well as water rinses. The kind we have is about 2&1/2 gallon stainless steel fire extinguisher with a air fitting for charging and the top un screws for adding soap or water. Cant find online and am not looking to spend a fortune.

Looking to purchase in the USA.

Donīt go cheap get the Tronair they are excellent and they should have the right one for your aircraft and the adaptors to connect the hoses to your water wash engine fittings.

You can also consider a "soda keg", the type restaurants use for making soft drink mixes.

The removable cover makes flushing and cleaning easy for use.

You can "charge" it with LP air and connectors for your hoses are all quick connect.

I have used fancy rigs and modified fire extinguisher bottles. You can take a large fire extinguisher and have a machine shop weld a boss in there to thread an attachment for filling up with air.

Or paint pressure pots come with all the bits to make it work already:
