Does anyone know if its possible to do an EASA licence in Montenegro? Just curious
No, they operate to parallel easa rules, but are not official member
Try Norway , they are VAT exempt on flight training ....save you 20%

Thanks, might be going there for work (non flying) for 2 years and thought I could take advantage if they were.
