I have been flying nearly 20 years and have met some great people from the UK flying here in the US. Is it possible for a US pilot to work in the UK? Just for reference, 5000hr+ SAR, IFR, Fire, Law, utility, twin, NVG.

Didn't you just ask that three lines down? Well done on the Cv, by the way.

Yes it is possible. You could do a number of things but the best thing to do is get qualified first i.e. Get a licence that lets you fly in the Uk. The great people you met from the UK will have had to do the same to fly in the US. It's just the Internet and very rich people that are truly global, the rest of us have to pay if we want to move about.

The first barrier will be having the right to work in the UK/EU. That's likely to be a bigger barrier than the licence.
