EK poaching TUIfly for pilots

Just heard from a captain at TUIfly that EK is asking for pilots for a 5 year period, presumably for the 380 (this, though, isn't 100% confirmed). How desperate they must be to ask other airlines to loan them pilots? Interesting times ahead...:ugh:
