Cotswold District Council has received an application (http://publicaccess.cotswold.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=O0SEPBFIKBV00) to turn the former RAF Little Rissington Watch Tower, for many years the home of CFS, into a single dwelling.

The alternative is probably decay and disrepair.

We had a look around SHQ, now 4 apartments. The developer had to retain all external features. Inside it was well CREEPY. They named each after an airfield, one was WHARTON (sic).

All the early cathode ray tubes were round and TVs were fitted with rubber masks to creat the 4:3 rectangular screen. The initial shadow mask colour TV tubes (circa 1949) were also round
