I have to ferry an airplane that is equipped and current RVSM using Part 91. Do I need a manual approved for this or am I good to go at the higher levels? For the company GOM I know I will need to add it as well as the MEL and if anyone has had a good experience with those companies that help to prepare this stuff, or know of a boilerplate I can use, I would appreciate the info.
