" Ending speculation and giving a definitive shape to the purchase of 36 Rafale fighter jets, India and France on Monday signed the Inter-Government Agreement (IGA) which will form the basis for the commercial deal. However, the crucial issue of pricing is yet to be resolved which French President Francois Hollande said would be sorted out in a “few days.”
