LlamaFarmer

Because god forbid people actually go through with it, in doing so it screws over people at airlines everywhere when it comes to new contracts (through promotion/relocation or just plain forced contracts)

;)
LlamaFarmer I don0t know your age but this is far away to damage the above...I think you're late..already passed a lot of years since p2f starts!
So no cry now......

and this is all our fault....not just p2f but fault of all the other milion of pilot signing:mad:contract with :mad:companies!

Hello everyone,

I just received the same email, here is text:

Thank you for your contact, and interest in the A320 program.

We have two slots remaining for the October start.

A320 Program.

Our A320 Cadet Program provides the opportunity to acquire the necessary experience in type that is
required by most airlines.
Program is divided in 4 phases:
1. ICAO Conversion License to Local License (Duration 4 weeks)
2. A320 Type Rating, carried out by the same airline. (Duration 4-6 weeks)
3. 1000 h as a Cadet FO.
4. Renewable contract with the same company as FO. (If the airline decides to hire you permanent)

The maximum duration for the program is 24 months.

A320 Program, Characteristics:
Selected pilots will join our program and make national and international flights in South America, during commercial operations.
To access the program is necessary to prove:
- CPL, ATPL o ATPL (frozen) License
- Valid IR-ME
- Valid Passport
- Min. 200h TT

Pass a personal interview, and an aptitude test in Zaragoza Spain.
Can also be done online via Skype, if you prefer that.
After passed interview you will get full airline details.

Program Benefits:
- 1.000h as Cadet FO with a month $2.000 month salary.
- Renewable contract after Line Training phase as FO with salary up to $5.000.
- Rapid promotion to Captain (3 years average)

Price and payment plan.
Price for the Condor A320 Pilot Cadet Program is 74,900 € which is a 5.000 EURO discount.
Payment plan is:
- First payment of € 6,000 is due once the candidate is accepted by Condor Pilot, and invited for the interview. (If you for some reason do not pass the interview, the money is refunded)
If you pass the interview, you will get the airline name and full details.
- Second payment of € 68,900 at the latest when you start the license conversion with the airline.

I have attached a PDF file with more info.

They will only provide the name of the company after paying and being approved in the first stage.... I don't know about you... but I think it is a scam.

Just to clarify...

"Condor Pilot Training" - Some unknown/new training organisation in Spain. their website is a little bit light on details (Home - Condor Pilot Training (http://condorpilot.com/))

"Condor Ab Initio Program" - Something completely different run by the German airline which leads to a job a FO with Condor Airlines.

Listen buddy,
There are many reasons why pilots do P2F, and my reason is I used to be an A320 FO, and due to some medical problems in my family I had to stop my flying job and attend to my family matter, and I was out of flying for 2 years and now after my family issue is all sorted I tried to get back to my career, and unfortunately every airline I applied asking me what is the date of my last flight in A320, when I tell them 2 years ago, they all turned me down, so now you telling me that I have to start again as an flight instructor and jump to regional or bush flying? are you kidding? I have even served in the Airforce as a pilot and I ain't going back. So I don't know what's your reason to hate P2F, it's their choice not yours, and I guarantee you that you are a P2F too, and all these P2F haters are P2F too.

pfvspnf
5th Oct 2016, 06:24
I've not paid for anything I assure you. So you were seasoned FO but not current and you couldn't find a job anywhere ?! Very hard to belive , there's got to be more to it. At my previous company we hired a guy who'd been away from fkying for three years.

P2F reduces wages, compromises safety and is an awful thing to do.

Going to people like condor is simply moronic .

You probably deserve to be scammed

UL505
12th Oct 2016, 22:04
Out of million you are talking about 1 who got hired, and I'm suppose to believe that? you grammar shows how professional you are.

Every airline requires time on type, so you better go tell those airlines not to ask for time on type.

UL505
12th Oct 2016, 22:08
Unlike the good old days where the airlines requires just high school diploma and CPL/IR/ME are GONE!!!.

Plus when it comes to aviation everything is P2F, from PPL to CPL to ATPL, and paying to fly the B737 or the A320 is not forever, it is just to get the experience they need and no airline does any short cuts, regardless you have to go through a thorough training program, so stop spreading bogus info. No pilot will P2F forever.

Not forever? Is that supposed to make us feel any better? The line is perhaps blurry for some but you should know when "scholar" training ends and duty starts. *Giggles* it's bad enough some of you indulge in doing "it" initially, let's not give this practice an excuse for some to feel better. But we're digressing. Some of you deserve to be conned. Period. If it's not "Condor (Pilot **Training**)" then it's going to be "Eagle(Jet)" or whatever bird name these guys choose to lure you. A fool and his money are soon parted anyway.

It took me a couple of minutes to spot the scam, you cannot fly in South America if you're not a national and without their licences. Only Spain had an agreement with Chile in the past and they accepted some Spanish citizens. Union laws are very strict in those countries, this would never be allowed. You deserve to be scammed because of your naivety and your attempt of back-stab fellow professionals by paying to fly, all I can say...Schadenfreude!

Why on earth would any aspiring pilot pay for line training? I'm certain no European airline would accept hours built on a P2F basis. Someone here said that the only people that should be paying for flying are the pax. Well said.

Whatever any user said about the ceo or yolanda, is much worst. They are cheating, they are dont pay the salary to the workers, they lie, they distort everything you said. But the ceo is not capable hisself to take a decision about nothing. Any aparent decision that he takes, is not his decision, is the yolanda's decision. Even if he takes some of them (decision), he will change it in the next 5min.
Also they own money to everybody, costumers and workers, and I think they will go to administration in a couple of months

Actually Jesus Funes is missing, he closed the flight school and move to another building, even in their web site doesn't change the new location to dodge unexpected visits, but looking for in internet we find the new location: Calle de Mariano La Gasca, 6 - Zaragosa.
We are more than 15 pilots connected and preparing a criminal complaint. Our lawyer has enought documentation to put him into the jail but we want them pass as much as possible time in the jail. So if you are one of the affected pilots and you would like to recover your money and see Jesus and Yolanda into the jail, send me a pm.
Condor pilot training meets his onw waterloo!

All pilots who wish to contact us, please enable the pprune private messages. Condor has multiple false profiles and we do not want to reveal our actions.
At the moment we have 2 pilots more. The Condor's eagerness to collect money was incredible!!!

Stay far far away from these crooks, I have lost £6000 to these crooks at Condor Pilot Training in Saratoga, Spain. When I got my lawyer this crook fooled me saying he's going to refund my money but later he ran away n I'm gonna hunt him down and soon I'll be going to Spain to file a complaint with the Spanish Police with all the documents n the new refund payment agreement. I am a former worker of this company and they owe me money (as many of you know). I can only say that I have denounced these people for supposed fraud and for unpaid salaries.
Their new flight school is an attempt to capture new pilots and continue their activity, run away of Condor Pilot, Condor Pilot Royal Training, Top Gun or any other related with these people!
As I know they are very concerned about their "poor image", they read these forums, so I take the opportunity to tell them that my attorney is waiting for them to answer their calls

Finally!!!:

The Civil Guard has arrested a man and a woman, residents of Zaragoza, who are accused of having cheated 220,000 euros through a pilot school that offered online courses for the training of pilots and qualification for the Airbus A320 that never arrived to be held.

The investigation began on May 31 after the complaint filed by an injured party who had paid 50,000 euros for a training course for pilots in a company based in the Garrapinillos neighborhood of Zaragoza that did not return after canceling the training.

The company, constituted at the beginning of 2015, was dedicated to offer intermediation services between airlines, air operators, professional pilots and cabin crew, and later online courses for flight training aimed at professional pilots already qualified and not enabled, both for people living in Spain as in other countries. The company changed its name several times.
