The South African Hawks(Crime Investigations Directorate) are investigating claims of sabotage by white pilots towards their black colleagues so that the latter can be viewed as incompetent.

If that is not enough,
Reports show there was a rift between the Executive Management and the Board of Directors and to top it all off,

South African Airways has had a total of 7 CEO, in the last four years only.

What are your thoughts and opinion and current state of affairs especially in the way SAA and other African Airlines are managed.

The investigation/allegations are frankly BS. SAA is the self service restaurant for a group of certain politicians. If you wonder why, have a look at the Airbus deal the Head of state wanted to push through against the doubts of the minister of finance.

It appears that the country, as a whole, is in a state of crisis.

"Africanisation", initially a Mbeki hobby horse, now rapidly becoming Mbeki's desired outcome.
