Hi guys - just adjusting the new learning objectives, and in a bit of a quandary with regard to INS for helicopters. I feel there should be something in the LOs, but obviously not to the level of the current detail. I'm working on the basis that when you get to a type rating course, all they will want to do is tell you how to turn it on. But how much is enough before that? All suggestions are welome!

BTW, schuler tuning is out anyway. :) It's just damping anyway.

Phil,

The Australian CASA had about the right amount of info in there ATPL exam, it was split between NAV and Systems .

There theory providers had a couple of pages of info for it.

Thanks for that - I'm thinking what it does and limitations of the system in basic fashion.
