Can someone please show us or send me an actual long haul roster of a "typical month" at one of these airlines. Especially with regards to destinations and flight time.

You're not going to get that request I'm afraid, for obvious reasons regarding anonymity. But if you look back at previous threads, there is endless information available, especially regarding the new roster system at EK......
Have a look at "new CRS first rosters" thread, good gen there.
