Hi,
Since some years ago I'm watching some videos in youtube in which children of 7 years old, are flying a full flight simulator. I've compiled some of them, so you can take a look for yourself.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=549oUK_YquA

https://youtu.be/Up3m9etzz8k?t=2m52s

https://youtu.be/8pvRsLf6L_g

I'm wondering if there are training centers in which they are fine to open their simulators to the general public, paying, of course, the simulation time.

Also I'm wondering if could be feasible the idea about "selling" this kind of "trips" in an airline fashion, but for the general public. You buy the ticket to fly the simulator.

Those were children flying a full flight, but there are also a lot of videos in which non-pilots are flying full flights, for example these ones:

I'm wondering if some training centers worldwide would be okay with the idea about opening their facilities to allow the general public access the simulators paying the simulation time.

How this people got access to those simulators?
Perhaps are there any training centers allowing general public?

I'd appreciate any information about this.

Cheers

There are quite a lot of simulators out there open to the public to pay to use

Hi ! I'll just copy what says one of the links Pete gave me :D

Take the controls of a multi-million-pound Airbus or Boeing flight simulator, with hands on guidance from an experienced airline pilot.

and continue...

You can also take up to three guests into the cockpit with you - either to share the flying time or observe.

All my dreams made true !

I'm wondering how much cold this cost and... by the way, would you know any of these simulators open to the general public in Spain?

A lot of thanks !!!

A full motion sim probably starts at around £400 an hour. I did my MCC at European Skybus (no longer trading) and they used to do quite well out of the gift voucher market for both their classic 737-200 sim, and their 747.

Also, a lot of people used to use it for interview prep for the likes of Ryanair. This is effectively "open to the public" as it's not exactly being used for a specific course, just some familiarisation.

I did the Phantom sim a few years ago. I thoroughly recommend it - absolutely fantastic.
