My company is still using FMC U10.7, but I've heard U11 has finally come out.
Does anyone have highlights, synopsis, change log, etc for U11?

Just a few rumours:
Route 2
LNAV Improvements
Transition Altitude & Level from airport database
Altitude Intervention Revision
Enhanced Takeoff Error Checking
FMC Flight Phase Change during holding
Connect EO SID to branch point
Down Track RNP Alerting
Use of airport Magnetic Variation for non-CF approach legs
WGS-84
Climb N1 limit default
Runaway IRS enhancement
Modified VNAV armed TOGA logic
Vertical Path Monitor
and much more...
But U11 is only for those with ACARS enabled, we don't so we can't use U11.
Would U12.0 help you? Boeing says they will come out with U12.0 soon.
Didn't they say that about U11 about 3 years ago?

I've just flown a SFP with the U11 these days.
RTE 2 is available !

I thought that too because there have been issues with momentary screen blanking and internally generated V-speeds with U11. However, some operators have chosen to go ahead with U11 and take advantage of all the good things it has to offer.
The plan is to keep both U10.8 and U11.0 in the sim and see how U11.0 performs for a while. If there are no instability issues using U11 in the sim, then it goes to the line.
