NAT RNP

Hello !
Could anyone clarify me if NAT area is RNP 12.6 or RNAV 10 ?

I found opposite and mixed opinions....

NAT Doc 007 states that starting in January 2015 you must be RNAV10 (RNP10) to get MNPS approval. Prior to this year you could be approved with 12.6. The document goes on to say that after 2019 the old 12.6 approvals will not be valid.
