Airbus qrh ovw landing max weigh chart

Regarding the Chart on all Ab family in QRH " Max Weigh for GA in CONF 3", can anyone tell me please the exact conditions for which the Chart has been designed?
The values are close -but not exacly the same- as the ones in the PERF Section of ACM. There, the conditions are clearly specified ( N-1/ 2,7%gradient/ Aice Off)

Maximum Weight for GA in Conf 3 chart on the Overweight Landing section of QRH ( 80.07A 18 MAR 15 ) is identical to the one in FCOM PRO-ABN-80 P 26/32 18 MAR 15.
You can also check Overweight Landing Section on AFM ABN-90 P 2/4 27 NOV 13 and FCTM AO-090 P 7/8 18 MAR 15.
