Hello all,
Regarding a recent sim session. One of the in-flight failures that the instructor gave us was ;
HYD G ENG 1+2 PUMP LO PR
Which led us to lose many systems such as autobrake and normal brakes, L/G retract, part spoilers etc.
The instructor then turned on the RAT and demonstrated that we recovered the use of the Green HYD system and were essentially 'back to normal'.
We then went on to perform a normal, uneventful landing.
So my question is, why doesn't the ECAM prompt the crew to use the RAT in this scenario?
