Follow up!

Heyy,
I recently visited a couple of countries in asia and walked in to companies and met chief pilots!Some of them said I had a good chance with 250hrs(as an expat) and they would pay for my type rating on the C208.After how much time should I follow up?Should I call them up or send an email?

Initially I'd say about 3 weeks so they don't forget you. After that I'd make contact about every 4-6 weeks so as not to be viewed as a pest
