If there is an ADR2 Fault in A320 it is recommended to do a Config 2 or 3 take off instead of Config 1+ F to prevent inadvertent retraction of Flaps. How does this inadvertent retraction of flaps take place in Config 1+F?

I think it's a REQUIREMENT rather than a recommendation.

When the ADR 2 pb-sw is set to OFF, and if the aircraft is in CONF 1+F, the SFCSn°2 Flap channel is unable to crosscheck the airspeed coming from the ADR 1 with the ADR 2 airspeed coming from the SFCS n°2 Slat channel. This may lead to an uncommanded flap retraction during the takeoff. As a consequence, takeoff in CONF 1+F is not permitted when the ADR 2 pb-sw is set to OFF.

I know the rules regarding t/o with ADR 2 inop. But theoretically lets say you still decide to t/o in config 1+F when will uncommanded flap retraction occur? Is that only if ADR 1 data is incorrect? Due to pitot blockage for example..
