I think that elements of the Opposition have the same software tied in to their mortars and rockets.

This isn't intended to start a fight or make any kind of political comment, but is there a difference between an aircraft dropping a "barrel bomb" or dropping another type of unguided non-precision weapon such as a "dumb" 500 pounder?
You can have smart platforms, dropping smart bombs accurately.
You can have smart platforms, dropping dumb bombs accurately.
You can have dumb platforms, dropping smart bombs accurately.
You can't have dumb platforms, dropping dumb bombs accurately.......
