EL - A true gentleman and a fantastic instructor/examiner I have had the pleasure of brushing shoulders with. Find the strength to get better Eric!

EL was operated on yesterday and the outcome was good. It was luckily not a tumour..instead an aneurysm or something similar.

The prognosis is for a good recovery.

This is great news; as all have said here he's an excellent trainer and a genuinely nice guy.

He did my final upgrade LOE many moons ago...on Christmas day. While he was professional to a tee, he really did just want to get home to nice glass of red wine. :)

I did my very first flight in EK with him and several SIMs, line checks...
Always a gentleman and a good company, someone that you can sit and chat for hours.
