Looks like a certain light blue coloured 737-8 operator are getting a massive pay rise for their hard work.
10dhs extra per flight hour...
I wait to see if EK will better that!

If this is a 'race to the bottom thread' I brook no competition.
As one of the EK captains being rewarded for long (long!) service with an ever-declining pay package, I can look back at my May 2013pay packet and see that I now make 3 dirhams more per hour than I did then.
I do feel the love though.

At least it'll help pay for the car parking.

It mentions on another thread on here that office staff were given a 6% pay rise.........can anyone confirm this??

I've heard the same. Office staff and Engineers given 6%. I have spoken to an engineer who has confirmed his part. Great to see the front line (Pilots/Cabin Crew) are valued so much. With the office staff et al given 6% on their basic, will be great to see what this does for the already not so high moral.
