The 53 year old pilot and three mechanics along with the youngest son of local governor, also a pilot, were killed. Reportedly a tracking balance flight test after main rotor blade replacement.

It seemed to have dropped very vertically & fast, so something nasty must have happened. Can't read the write up.

Rumour has it that a main rotor blade came off. Maybe that's what can be seen falling towards the end of the video.
